Mikhail Raskin

Mikhail Raskin graduated from the Law Faculty of Kazan State University in 1988 and became an advocate in 1989. Mikhail specializes in protecting client's interests in Russian commercial courts. Over the years he obtained considerable experience in corporate, tax and anti-monopoly matters. He represented clients in all judicial instances up to the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Arbitration Court, and the Supreme Court, including cases challenging legal acts of the Russian Federation.
