Elmira Alieva
Elmira is widely considered as a leading commercial litigation expert. She is a member of the Board of the Inter-Territorial Bar, one of the oldest and largest in the City of Moscow.
Elmira represents clients both in the courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration (commercial) courts in relation to debt recovery, insolvency, bankruptcy, employment, insurance, construction, leasing, investment, loan, transportation, commission, agency, franchising, trade mark, intellectual property, sale and purchase disputes, as well as enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral awards in Russia and the CIS.
Elmira also renders ongoing non-contentious legal advice to Russian companies, including incorporation, increase or decrease of share capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and all types of corporate restructuring.
Her private client services extend to virtually all aspects of civil and criminal law.
